Didjin Oz 2013 travel notes

Forlimpopoli has a special warmth and the air smells of sea. Life seems to go on a human scale and it was nice to taste the plums offered by the grocery store, as well as meeting up with the books and the delicacies of the macrobiotic point. People smile passing on bicycles, crossing our path, perhaps because in our eyes there’s all the excitement of the journey.

We were greeted by the organization by musicians and fans. There are real veterans, there are those who attended the festival every year for ten years, we listen to the stories, they are happy, everyone is waiting to meet someone, then it happens, that someone comes behind you, always.

We have seen many hugs and we left the next day we also hugging other.

Spectacular artists, from Iban Nicolai (Spagna) to Marcabru (Italia) to Shatadoo (Italia). From Jacopo Mattii (Italia), to Matsumoto Zoku (Giappone) to Airtist (Austria).

At home we have a pocket full of notes, names written in pencil, contacts and promises.

Our didgeridoos have been tested and appreciated, this makes us happy and grateful.

Thanks Didjin Oz, see you soon.
